Turnbuckle F30 828
The stainless steel turnbuckle with external threads F30 Hammered swaged offer superior tensioning ability within a stainless steel wire rope assembly without increasing the mid span sizes of the stainless steel wire rope greatly. The stainless steel turnbuckle with F30 hammered swaged ends gives the opportunity to run greater lengths on balustrades, bridge parapet and wire trellis systems by reducing the amount of sag inherent with stainless steel wire rope assemblies over long runs.
Our stainless steel rigging screws with F30 hammered swaged male ends are set mid span so the adjustment given in the table below gives a 'plus / minus' range. Locked off with hexagon nuts, the stainless steel turnbuckle assembly offers great security also.
The turnbuckle threads swaged are available in a variety of sizes to suit stainless steel wire ropes from: 4mm ø - 10mm ø and offer thread sizes of: M5 - M12 respectively.
Material: Stainless steel AISI 316L - left/right swaged external threads are screwed half way into the turnbuckle. The minimum screw-in depth is 1.5 x the thread diameter (ø) (M8 = 12mm) kN = Breaking load.
